I think it's about time I held another contest. This one will be focused around my main character, Rubberneck. If you've been a follower of mine for basically any amount of time, chances are, you've seen him. He's my favorite OC, and my most used OC as well. So, I decided it was time to host a contest just for him!
Remember... even if you did not place, you did not lose. There is no such thing as a loser in a art contest. You may win additional prizes, yes. But you are also growing your skills at the same time. I don't believe in "losers"... in some way, you won.

Prizes

The current prize pool is at $130. I will be adding more to the pool as I can afford it, and will be adding characters to the pool in about a week. I hope to add another $100 or more in the following weeks after I make necessary purchases/payments. If a winner cannot accept paypal for any reason, I can purchase points. I won't be offering art prizes for this contest as I'm absolutely terrible at keeping track of art prizes for some reason, but I am more than happy to offer a %50 off coupon for my commissions for any winners that choose not to accept a character as a prize. I am also more than happy to accept contributors for this contest! If you would like to offer art, characters, points, paypal, anything you want to offer, please PM me and we can discuss it there. Contributors will get a %25 off coupon for any commission as well as a thank you. That being said, contributors can still enter the contest! Please remember, prizes are subject to change at any time, BUT it will never be less.

Rules

Rules suck, I know. But! There's not a lot, and most of it is pretty basic and common sense.

• Absolutely no NSFW or Gore. I do not need or want NSFW or Extreme Gore images of Rubberneck at this time. If you're going for a Halloween theme that's fine, just don't make it gross. Minor gore and candy gore are fine, but that's it. Suggestive art is also fine so long as it cannot be categorized as NSFW.
• He can be drawn in a feral or anthro form. Please do not make him anything other than a unicorn!
• Physical products are more than welcomes as well as any medium of visual art! If you create a physical product I would be happy to see if we can't work out some way to ship it to me (granted it's complete). I may be able to cover shipping costs as well, whether you win or not!
• Do not steal, copy, trace, etc any art, submissions, bases, OR claim references/bases/other art as your own. Remember to credit references and bases you used as well.
• Please do not enter in any additional characters as "main characters" in the image. Rubberneck is to be the subject, but you're welcome to use other characters as background characters.
• You can make base edit entries, but they will not qualify for a money prize. Sorry guys, but I feel awkward accepting base edits into a money slot, as I don't feel comfortable providing a form of profit when it is not %100 your own work. Making your own bases also falls under this category as you're just tracing from the show. You can still win Runner-Up prizes, however.
• No whining, complaining or guilt tripping! Do that, and you'll automatically be disqualified from any prize slot. I will not reward this behavior. Be a good sport.
• If you don't think it's "fair" that not everyone wins something, please move along. This isn't kindergarten, and not everyone needs a participation trophy... I appreciate and adore all entries, but this is a contest. This is how contest's are run.
• Violation of any of the rules above will automatically result in disqualification and possible blocking. They're basic rules, I expect everyone to be able to follow them just fine.

How To Enter

• Share this journal in your own journal, status, or poll. You can also share on other platforms, but please screenshot it and put it in a sta.sh file so that I can see it. If I can't see you've shared the journal, you won't be entered.
• Favorite this journal! Pretty simple.
• Be a watcher! New and old watchers are perfectly fine. If you're one of those people that will watch then un-watch as soon as the contest is over, that's fine too. But hey, who knows, you may see something you like and stick around!
